3 Fingers Back
February 27 – March 24, 2024
Where stakes are high and kindness is in short supply.
3 Fingers Back is a double bill with a panoramic view of how we choose to treat each other: the captive, their captors and those who bear witness.
When we run out of options, we find out who we really are. In Give It Up, two women strategize to survive interrogation, and the cost of freedom. In The Smell of Horses, three soldiers plot to extract information through their humanity and the confines of duty.
From celebrated artist Donna-Michelle St. Bernard this double bill of plays from her 54ology occupies different vantages on the same world.
Please note: 3 Fingers Back runs approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes including intermission.
Tarragon Theatre and lemonTree Creations are offering a Relaxed Environment for the complete run of 3 Fingers Back by Donna-Michelle St. Bernard.
This protocol will include; a show and venue guide including warning about what to expect, ins and outs from the theatre at any point during the show, an invitation to keep your phone on silent, lobby guides who can provide information about what to expect in the show, and a chill out space in the lobby. It will not include; an introduction speech from the actors, dampened sound, or house lights remaining on.
