The safety of our artists, audiences, volunteers and staff is our number one priority.

We have put the following safety measures in place.

Ventilation

Our HVAC units have been updated with HEPA filters and UV light to filter and sanitize the air throughout the building on an ongoing basis.

Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning measures are in place before and after each performance. Common contact surfaces and washrooms are regularly sanitized by our cleaning team.

The Bar

The bar has beverages and snacks available for purchase prior to each performance and during intermission. Drinks are allowed in the theatre, snacks must be consumed in the lobby.

Ticketing and House Programs

All ticket holders will receive a “Ticket & Information” email on the morning of their performance. Simply present your tickets on your mobile device when entering the theatre. If you do not have a mobile device you may print your electronic tickets at home prior to arrival. Box Office ticket pick up is available upon request.

Full House programs are available in this email and on our website. A limited number of hard copies of abridged versions of the program will be available at the door.

Flexibility

If you need to cancel your tickets, we offer ticket exchanges or credit up to 24 hours prior to the date and time of your performance, contact us at 416-531-1827 or email patronservices@tarragontheatre.com.
