Tarragon is excited to once again welcome a new generation of theatregoers to enjoy the world of imagination and play with its third year of the Sally Stavro Family Series.
Over the course of our 25/26 season, Tarragon will present exciting, entertaining, and enchanting cultural experiences for families to enjoy and be part of the magic of art! The series offers free tickets to youth under 12 years old on select Saturday mornings throughout the season, beginning in October.

Clowns Reading Shakespeare

Clowns Reading Shakespeare is a theatrical, silly performance packed with audience participation, where a troupe of clowns attempt to reenact some of Shakespeare’s greatest tragedies. Whether or not you are familiar with Shakespeare’s cannon, families & viewers of all ages are sure to have a hoot watching these clowns struggle through these classics & make the story their own.
Recommended for ages 5-12.

HauNodi 河 নদী

HauNodi 河 and নদী (pronounced haw-no-thi), combine the Cantonese and Bengali word for River, a powerful metaphor that inspires two different generations to celebrate their friendship and love of storytelling. Rubena Sinha and Diana Tso invite audiences on a journey of words, music, and movement with stories inspired by their respective cultures from the birth of the Ganges River to a brave girl’s search for the Dragon Rainmaker. Their performance culminates with audiences learning the sounds, words and gestures of their songs and dancing with the River.
