Ticket & Theatre Policies

Ticket Pricing
Tarragon offers “all-in” pricing, the ticket includes tax and fees. All ticket pricing is subject to change without notice.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are valid for productions in the season purchased. Remaining balances cannot be carried over to another season.

Group Discounts
Groups of ten or more are eligible for a group discount on select productions. Please call or email the box office for details.

Conditions of Sale
All programming and artists are subject to change without notice. All sales are final; there are no refunds.

Online Order Fee
All tickets/subscriptions purchased online are subject to a fee of $3.25 including HST.

Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges are possible if you contact the box office at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date; subject to availability on the new date. There is a $5.00 exchange fee for each order. This fee is waived for subscribers.
Certain conditions may apply.

Subscriber Upgrade Fee
Preview Subscribers who wish to attend a performance outside of the previews may do so by paying an upgrade fee of $25.00 per ticket.

Cancelled Performances
In the event that Tarragon must cancel a performance, every effort will be made to reschedule patrons to another performance. If this is not possible, patrons may choose to donate the value of the ticket and receive a charitable tax receipt, or a credit towards a future show or a refund. (credits are valid for 24 months)

Lost Tickets
We will gladly arrange for a replacement. Simply bring Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the box office at least 30 minutes prior to your performance.

Scent Free
For the comfort and health of our patrons, artists, and staff, Tarragon kindly requests that all patrons refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. Exemptions may apply for culturally specific ceremonies.

Arrival
Please arrive at the theatre with your digital or print-at-home ticket 30 minutes prior to your performance to give you ample time to find parking, explore our Lobby Gallery, enjoy a drink or snack from our bar, and get seated.

Latecomers and Re-entry
In the interest of all patrons, latecomers and those who leave the theatre during a performance will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance. Latecomer seating location will be at the discretion of the front-of-house staff.

Recording & Electronic Devices
As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please set all electronic devices to silent. The use of cameras, video cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind are prohibited inside the theatre. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to erase any recordings, photographic or digital images, and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

Other Terms & Conditions

Tarragon reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

Due to the nature of our productions and performance spaces, ‘Babes in Arms’ are not permitted in our theatres except for events that are programmed for young audiences. Regardless of age, each person attending a performance must have a ticket.

Tarragon reserves the right to refuse admission or expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct it deems objectionable.

Ticket holders assume all responsibility for any risk or bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending any event at Tarragon, and waive all rights to claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the event.

By ordering a ticket to an event you also agree that we may send promotional emails to you unless you elect otherwise in your account or by contacting Patron Services.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance. We cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets.
